m useum and to increase the amount of guests attending the indoor exhibits.

• Responsibilities included finding errors in the software, designing new

i nterfaces for the software, and conducting usability tests for the company; along

w ith collaborating with peer group to achieve desired results. The designed

i nterfaces were taken in to consideration in the redesign of the software interface

for the company.

Usability Researcher

• Findings on usability results were well received by Microsoft and stakeholders

following the creation of a better user interface for Microsoft Office L ive. Results

were achieved through dedication in the development of personas, conducting user
