Corporate Director, Human Resources

Responsible for managing Human Resource staff and related activities and

ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements as they relate to

Human Resources. Manage administration of all benefit programs. Drive all

Senior HR leader for the $800 million Manufactured Housing Division

consisting of up to 4,000 associates, 20+ manufacturing plants, 60 + retail

o Facilitated development and implementation of a compensation program

and performance review process for retail sales

associates resulting in a 15% increase in operating profits and

improvement in key performance standards.

o Instrumental in reorganizing the sales and marketing departments into

a decentralized model in response to local and

regional customer demands and staffing a new sales division.

o Championed the development, evaluation, and implementation of

initiatives that improved associate relations, retained

the group's union free status, improved the quality of new hires,
