reputation within its industry. I'm interested in

Hospital/Institutional Long Term Care Specialist:

I spent three years (2006-2008) with the MTIN

division calling on Hospitals in the South part of

Houston. My largest customer was UTMB. I was very

successful in this role and was then promoted to

Long Term Care specialty team(April 2008 to

present). I call on Internal medicine doctors who

specifically go to nursing homes. I have a fairly

huge territory that covers from southwest Houston

to Pasadena and Galveston. I work with doctors and

Nurse practitioners who take care of patients in

these homes. Geriatric Associates of America are

one of my largest accounts as well as doctor with

huge geriatric practices. I am a Diabetic

Specialist and have been for five years working

both the Hospital Institutions and now Nursing

homes. I have several PowerPoint presentations

where I do diabetic in-services for these

facilities via building relationships with the

doctors, Director of Nursing, and Administrators at

these facilities. I finished in the top 10% in the

nation in sells in 2009, and won a Sales Champion

award. I have been an over achiever and high sales

producer for many years. I currently sale Lantus,

Apidra in the vial and also in the insulin pen. I

also sold Plavix, Avapro, and Avalide as a part of

my product mix within the last four years.

Senior Account Representative

Currently working Southwest Houston, Sugar Land,

and Richmon-Rosenberg as An Upper Respiratory

Account representative. I am presently calling on

Allergist, ENT's, Internal medicine and Primary

Care Physicians. The products that I am selling are

Allegra, Allegra-D, Nasacort AQ, and our newest

antibiotic KETEK. Made Ring of Honor in year 2002.

I finished in the top 25% of the Representatives in

the nation. Missed making Ring of honor by .4

percentage points in 2003, but still finished in

the top 25% of the nation out of 487 Reps. Made

Ring of honor and Presidents Club in the year 2004.

Presidents club means that a Representative has to

have finished in the top 25% of the nation three

years in a row. I achieved this award this past

year. I also finished at 128% of product P.I. for

all three four products to achieve Ring of honor

for Year 2004. Presently still in the top 25% of

representatives through June of 2005. I fully

expect to make ring of honor again and maintain my

president's club status.

Past areas covered while with Aventis are Southwest

Houston, Sugar Land, Wharton, Richmond-Rosenberg,

El Campo, Victoria, and Port Lavaca Texas. This

year being named to the Diabetic specialist team.

Products include Amaryl, and Lantus. I achieved

Ring of Honor award in year 2000. Missed making

ring of honor by .2 percentage points 2001. I spent

two years covering the North Part of Houston which

included The Red Oak Area, Kingwood, Humble and New

Caney, Texas. I have also been trained and sold

Allegra and Actonel for a period of two years. My

responsibilites include making nine doctor calls

and two retail calls daily.

Senior Account Representative

Territory consisted of Half of Houston, Bay City,

El Campo, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Bryan, College

Station, Temple, Killeen, Coppers Cove, and Waco,

Texas. My responsibilities each day was to make

eight on-site doctor presentations to Optometrist

and Ophthalmologist daily. These calls were

detailing for Contact Lens Solutions, Therapeutic

drops for impaired or infected eyes, and Punctal

Plugs for severely Dry Eye Patients. The daily

presentations were to gain commitment from the

doctors to dispense, recommend, or write a

prescription to their patients for my products over

my competitors. I have finished no lower than 15th

in the country out of 66 representatives and

highest finish was 10th in 1998. I had the 9th

highest market share in the country before leaving.

I was responsible for generating over $2 million

dollars in retail sales for Alcon Laboratories. I

was a four time Ring of Excellence winner.
