Process supported by tools such as Project Charter, Change

o Developed and delivered training to project managers, team

members, and executives on the new PM process and tools.

o Managed the vendor selection process for an enterprise-wide,

server-based PM application.

o Deployed the application across the enterprise and delivered

training sessions for all user levels. Completed five months

mentoring, coaching, and issue resolution.

o Developed the vision, mission, charter, and objective documents
