supervision of 14 RNs including hiring, training, ongoing education, nursing

administration, purchasing, coding and billing of chemotherapy agents, support

drugs, supplies, and conducting monthly meetings. Infusion and mixing of

chemotherapy agents, excellent IV skills and Central line PAC access skills. Patient
