• Work with ILECs and CLECs to perform new turn-up testing and maintenance.
• Conducted physical layer testing and troubleshooting for installation of DDS, T1/E1, DS3, OCn,
and Ethernet services through a variety of SONET, DACs, and DWDM equipment.
