S U M M A R Y
My overall experience in the sales profession consists of customer service
and relations, cold calling, maintaining Key and smaller accounts: plus
accounts receivables/collections. I feel that I can expand the volume of
inventory that your accounts are currently carrying now; as well as
building the territory by bringing in new accounts. I consider myself to be
persistent; and I obtain excellent communication, organizational and time
management skills. I am also computer literate.

Establish rapport with the customer and to work with them on making their
overdue monthly payments on their vehicles. Plus educating them on the
importance of making their payments on time, and the possible reporting to
the credit bureaus when over 30 days. This was done by making outbound
calls.

Establish rapport with the customer and to work with them on their
overdrafted checking and ATM accounts; plus educating them on the
importance of keeping their accounts inline; and advising them of the
ramifications if they fail to do so. This is done by inbound and outbound
calls on the Awaya.

Establish rapport with the customer and to work with them on making their
monthly payment on their vehicle; plus educating them on the importance or
making their payment on time regarding their credit history with the
bureaus. This was done making outbound calls on a digital dialer; and the
LINX system.

Establish rapport with the borrower and to work with them on paying their
monthly payments. If borrower is having financial problems I would try to
set them up with a forbearance or a deferment, or put them in an in school
status. Position requires a lot of customer service.

Establish rapport with the consumer and to work with them on paying off
their
outstanding charged off account debts. This was accomplished by offering
them a settlement; and to help them approve their credit score and their
self-esteem by accomplishing this. I have working knowledge of FDCPA
regulations; and the use of the Davox Dialing System.

Establish rapport with our customers and to work with them in keeping
their accounts in line. My duties include calling delinquent customers by
phone and working with them on their account, or visiting them at their
residences where I talk with them to encourage them to come to the store to
make their payment. My other duties consist of sales, opening and closing
the store, inventory, delivering merchandise, picking up merchandise from
delinquent clients.
