proposals were for OneCare and Internet Explorer (IE), which included multi-million dollar marketing
proposals for retailer partners and OEM partners.
• Initiated financial model for data-driven allocation of $50 million in IE marketing spend, improved
allocation to higher impact target markets.
• Created spend updates to track $110 million in incremental funds for IE, using Microsoft internal
tools. Increased spend execution by increasing executive visibility.
• Initiated and implemented annual spend playbook on $25 million to improve field execution in both
rebates and market spend.
• Implemented solutions to address data quality arising from Subscription Services vs. Perpetual
License. Reduced need for journal entries from $5 million to zero.

DFNN is an IT solutions provider to Retail Finance Institutions. DFNN is the majority shareholder of
Intelligent Wave Phils. Inc., a middleware systems integrator for retail banks; and Hatchasia.com Inc., a
tech company business incubator.
Chief Financial Officer: Corporate strategy development and acquisition, Controllership, Internal
and External reporting for DFNN, Intelligent Wave Phils. Inc. and Hatchasia.com Inc.
• Successfully launched the first tech initial public offering at the Philippine Stock Exchange.

• Negotiated and led due diligence team to reduce acquisition cost by 60%. Completed the acquisition

• Finalized the acquisition of the Banana Farm Division of House of Investments, negotiated and led
due diligence team. Reduced acquisition cost by US$1 million from contract price of US$12 million.
• Completed the acquisition of Chiquita New Zealand. Decreased investment from $5 million to $1
million by selling redundant division within 30 days.
• Concluded the Bilateral Quarantine Agreement between the Philippines and New Zealand agriculture
ministries. Agreement was critical to exporting bananas to New Zealand.
