Managed all aspects of the production of 100 million pounds per year of
Sodium Phosphate salts including the health and safety of 70 employees, ISO
& AIB compliance, product quantity and quality, interfacing with marketing,
sales & customers on current and new products and process efficiency.
Achieved expense spending goals on budgets of $4M+ each year using SAP
software through active management of consumables, effective maintenance
program spending and reducing overtime costs.
Successfully transferred the SAPP-RD product manufacturing process from
Carteret to Lawrence through a $5 M plant capacity expansion utilizing
state-of-the-art technology for pneumatic conveying, milling, bag filling
and metal detection equipment.
Effectively reduced finished goods and recycle phosphates inventories
through optimized and coordinated production schedules of 6 production lines

Constructed, staffed, and started up a $6MM water terminal for the mfg. of
polymerized asphalt cement on the Delaware River @ Philadelphia, PA.
Attained 0 LTA's, 1 OSHA recordable, & 0 DEP reportable spills in '03 over 6
sites & 43 personnel.
Manufactured 92 Ktons of PG grade asphalt cement, 15 MM gallons of
emulsified asphalts with an operations budget of $5.3 MM, capital
improvements of $ 7MM - generating $9 MM gross profit.
Directed the closure and subsequent sale or demolition of four manufacturing
sites.
