Managed financial and accounting functions for Medical Device Component manufacturer generating annual revenue of $25

million, operating profits of $10 million, growth of 10%, for a business employing 175 individuals. Responsibilities extended to all

accounting management activities, financial statements, profit flow/cash flow analysis, financial and operating systems, supply

chain, and revenue management. As senior management team member, participated in strategic sales and operations planning,

including revenue and expense forecasting, manpower resource planning, and cash management/investment strategies.

Corporate liaison with PWC Auditing Consultants, Sales Account Managers, and VP Operations Management. Reported directly

to CFO and VP of Finance. Supervisory duties included the sites Cost Accounting Manager, Staff AP and Payroll.

Selected Contributions:

Earned promotion and relocation to Trenton,GA Accellent plant in Spring 2006 after successful 9 month tenure as Interim

Financial Controller of the Chicago, IL Accellent Plant by exhibiting key financial and operational leadership skills and

upward career mobility, reporting directly to the CFO in 2005. Chicago Accellent Plant had revenue of $5o million annually

and employed 350 individuals.

Key member of the project team that introduced, enhanced, and maintained Oracle Enterprise ERP and Financial systems

software. Previously, the business used Peachtree software for Accounting and maintained no ERP system.

Key member of Senior Management team that grew operating profits from 33% in 2007 to consistently reaching 45% in

project team that reduced inventories by 35% in 2008 which equated to 125k of annual Working Capital savings.

Accounting Manager/Cost Accountant 1999 2004

Jefferson Smurfit Paperboard, Chicago, IL

Responsible for all Factory Accounting Activities reporting directly to the Financial Controller of a Folding Carton manufacturer with

annual revenue of $85 million and operating costs of $80 million. Supervised and developed Accounting Staff of 10 individuals. Key

additional responsibilities were capital investment tracking totaling 10 million annually, job cost accounting, IT systems, and

management of material and factory purchasing personnel. Oversaw expenditures and bonus incentive payouts to the Corporate R&D

staff and Divisional Sales Managers located onsite. Managed and responsible for month end close process and selected financial

and cost analysis projects as directed by the Financial Controller. Integral participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly

Income Statement and Working Capital forecasting.
