EXPERIENCE:
10/09 - 1/11, The Greenbrier Resort, IT Technician/Database Administrator
This resort is one of the best resorts in the country. They employ
over 1900 people. My position consisted of installing and maintaining
all severs, software such as Windows, Windows server, EMC, POS, PMS,
Sonic firewall and casino severs are just some. I worked on Micros
point of sales system, phones systems, maintained clients computers
and accessories and I was the main person who worked on the Direct TV
and Lodge Net systems throughout the Greenbrier Resort. I maintained
high quality customer relations. I made database changes to the point
of sales when needed and other database changes on needed bases such
as Oracle. I helped with the new build for the casino project. This
new casino is 82,000 square feet with over 360 slots and over 40
gaming tables. I was involved in setting up the severs and all that
was involved to get the casino online and ready for the grand opening.
I am being promoted to Database Administrator/IT Technician after the
Greenbrier trains me. This occurred after the casino opened which
involved making and maintaining the Greenbriers databases (Oracle) and
there servers which was in addition to the IT Technician position.
6/08 - 9/09, TRG Solutions, IHD Escalations Specialist/Supervisor
This position was a contract position for Verizon. This position
provided tear three customer support in the FIOS system (fiber
optics). These systems included data, voice and video; all ran over
fiber optic lines. I maintained high quality customer relations. I
supported trouble-shooting of computer hardware and software systems,
network systems, routers, switches, communications systems, optical
network terminals, TV's, set top boxes, cabling and any questions or
concerns that a customer may have. This position also included
training colleges on these systems, floor support to assist colleges
in problems they could not resolve. I had supervisory tasks that
included tracking/monitoring calls, time keeping and tracking agents.
As an IHD agent I handled any problems that arose on the floor such as
supervisor calls, tear three support, share holder accounts and any
ongoing issues that need the next level of support.
1/08 - 5/08, Simplex Grinnell/Tyco, Field Service Technician
This position provided customer support in fire alarm systems, wet/dry
sprinkler systems, A/V systems, communications systems and security
systems. I maintained high quality customer relations and responded to
clients in a timely manner, independent of travel requirements.
10/07 - 1/08, NGK Sparkplugs, Warehouse
This position was for logistics and repacking of products shipped in
from overseas. Also warehouse and inventory responsibilities.
8/07 - 10/07, Diamond Electric, Fip
This position was for the final inspection of coils and getting the
coils ready for shipment. Some warehouse responsibilities.
8/00 - 1/07, PANalytical, Customer Support Field Engineer
This position provided customer support in installations, interfacing
computers, control systems, computer hardware and software systems,
network systems, trouble-shooting and repair of equipment, preventative
maintenance of equipment, chiller systems, pneumatic systems and vacuum
systems. I was involved in retrofitting complicated equipment such as
XRF, XRD, semiconductors and UPS systems from start to sign off. I did
any upgrades and replacements of the batteries systems, breakers,
electronic switches, high voltage power supplies, est. I worked with/in
and around lab environments/equipment, chemicals, radioactive, industrial
and production plants. Mill machines and grinders as well as sample
preparations. Maintained high quality customer relations and responded to
clients in a timely manner, independent of travel requirements.
Responsibilities included the commissioning process for the
support/coordination and purchase portions of all projects. Client's
personnel were required to be trained. This training expanded to
mentoring of coworkers as well. Quality controls were a key
responsibility to ensure proper calibration of equipment. Standard
operating procedures (SOPs) were provided and maintained in assurance of
operations and maintenance. Direct interface with engineers, management
and quality assurance departments were additional position requirements.
Regional support was primary responsibility and was additionally called
upon to support national teams on specialized trouble-shooting ventures
and large, complicated installations.

Position responsibilities included business management tasks
including; preparation and updates of budget, account payable,
shipping and receiving. Hands on responsibilities included furniture
design from creation and finishing, wooden utensils, cutting blocks,
shaker boxes and other wooden products. Position also oversaw site
including supervisory responsibilities.
12/97 - 7/98, Riverside Body Shop, Painter
This was a painting position in the auto body field. Painting included
paint matching and mixing in addition to the actual painting process.
I am certified through Napa in color adjustment and blending. When
things got a little slow I repaired automobiles, performed auto body
work and some mechanic work.
3/97 - 9/97, Merit Electrical Inc, Electrician assistant
Electrician assistant position provided labor resources in running
conduit, electrical wire, cable trays. Additional responsibilities
included wiring of control rooms, circuits, transformers, in
accordance with schematics and following quality assurance processes.

Inspector of manufactured rugs and packaging of manufactured rugs for
shipments

This was a lead craftsman position. I crafted furniture such as beds,
dressers, lamps, end tables. I also crafted wooden utensils, cutting
blocks, shaker boxes bowls and other wooden products. Position
responsibilities included start to finish of projects including
sanding and finishing. Position also oversaw site including shipping
and receiving, supervisor responsibilities and manager when the boss
was not in.

Position responsibilities included repairing automobiles, auto body
work and some mechanic work. Auto body painting that included mixing
and matching of paint in addition to the actual painting process.

Position was provided through high school to learn automobile repair,
painting and auto mechanic repair.
