ANALYSIS
• Analyzed several different methods of packaging material and decided on stretch wrapping for the companies
needs resulting in a reduction in damaged material by 233%.
• Designed a new production department after analyzing what was needed to increase production to the levels
management wanted them. The new department increased production by 322%.
• Performed client reviews to determine proper insurance products are presented to clients.
