Combat Support Solution (GCSS-AF); a shared SOA IT

- Responsible for the design, management, and strategic

planning of ALL IT related Infrastructure elements in support

of a $1.3B transatlantic sector of BAE Systems, a design and

manufacturer of aircraft control components with multiple

locations in both NA and the UK

- Managed ALL in-production systems on a 7x24 basis to meet

customer Service Level Agreements and deliver services to

over 5000 end users

- Provided leadership to a 10 member architecture and technical

initiative support team

- Shared responsibility and oversight of $20M IT operating budget

- Designed, developed, and implemented an Integrated Enterprise

Monitoring Utility to ensure reliability of over 330 critical

servers of mixed OS; in support of over 40 unique Lines of

Service (LOS) to include: Oracle ERP, Oracle Financial

Analyzer (OFA), MS Exchange, Wind-chill, MS Active Directory

Services, PeopleSoft, Autotime, Concur

- Oversaw the design and upgrade of the server and storage
