Title: Human Resource Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Performance Management Process: Provide data, analysis & support for all
PMP milestones. Gather information and prepare power point presentations
for people planning meetings related to mid year performance reviews and
processes which includes running reports, gathering data, and summarize
mid-year equities.
Compensation & Benefits: Key contact for questions and resolutions on
issues related to health benefits, wellness programs, and retirement.
Roll-out meetings for yearly open enrollment. Provide quarterly/annual
bonus data & approval to HRIS for final submittal to HQ. Coordinate
health fairs, blood drives, and flu shot events. Attend EAC meetings and
assist with events planning including employee insights. Extend this
support to the home office and 5-satellite locations within the South
Texas market unit.
PeopleSoft/ Kronos: Administration, User Capability-HRIS: Track and
submit on going training and certifications. Approval of payroll payments
in support of HR requests and processes. Submit personal action requests
for new hires, terminations, LOA, promotions, status changes, and pay
increases and adjustments. Submit updates and changes for employee
personal information. Submit W-4 forms and direct deposit requests.
Administrative Support: Administration of personnel policies and
programs. Respond to requests on a timely basis; unemployment, social
security/social agencies, HRIS audits, subpoena requests, & recruiting
data requests. Prepare termination letters, offer letters, disciplinary
forms/activity, organizational charting, & other forms of communication.
Run reports for tracking such as employee reports, training, diversity,
pay adjustments, anniversaries, birthdays and other reports as requested.
Extend this to the home office and 5-satellite locations within the South
Texas market unit.
Staffing and Recruiting: RTI & Taleo candidate/requisition management for
Front Line positions, and Bands A, B, & C to fill <30 days. New hire
paperwork processing and submittal. Timely submissions of completed
training rosters for new hires in PS. Prepare and submit new hire
paperwork/checklist to HRIS <3 days w/in DOH. Campus recruiting support.
Extend this support to management and 5-satellite locations.
Safety and Security: Key contact and process management for Worker's
Compensation, Auto Liability, Leave of Absence; STD, LTD, FMLA, Military.
Administer DOT compliance; driver qualifications, certifications, CDL,
random testing, & training. Maintain the site's security access badge
system. Communicate with the Health and Safety & Disability Managers.
