Manage and oversee the daily operation of the United

States Army Reserve Integrated Test Lab, Department of

Defense (DoD). Duties consist of, but not limited to

the following:

Serve as the single point of contact regarding testing

progress and results.

Assist with the planning, deployment, and testing of

GOTS/COTS applications, hardware, and configuration

changes to test lab servers and workstations running on a

mixed Microsoft Windows platform (Windows servers

2003/08, Vista, and XP, etc). Software deployments are

executed and managed via Deployment and Server Manager

(DSM).

Package, deploy, test, and troubleshoot monthly Microsoft

security patches to Integrated test lab servers and

workstations. Patches are deployed via WSUS) and SCCM.

Patches that pass the testing phase criteria are approved

and scheduled for deployment to the enterprise.

Coordinate and schedule testing time with assigned

application owners and testers. Work closely with

tester(s) throughout testing phase to ensure testing is

conducted as defined in test plan and design, within the

allotted test time.

Document, analyze, report, and manage test events,

incidents, problems, and retest dependent on agreed

criteria.

Provide input on management reporting on test progress,

test outcome, success rates, issues, and risks.

Assist Subject Matter Expert (SME) with testing strategy
