PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
NEWHALL LAND, Valencia, California . 2010 through Present
Newhall Land is managed by Five Point Communities Management, Inc. and as
such will be responsible for the planning, entitlement and development of
the remainder of Valencia (15,000 acres) and the new-town of Newhall Ranch
(12,000 acres). At "build-out" the ranch will encompass 21,500 homes,
60,000 residents 12.0 million square feet of Business Sector development
i.e. office, industrial, retail, apartments, mixed use and special purpose
properties.
Currently serving as a consultant (Everett Group) to Newhall Land focusing
on the Business Sector planning and operations within Valencia and the new-
town of Newhall Ranch.
Primary responsibilities include: Business Sector Land Planning (700 acres)
to provide balanced land uses to support and stimulate economic growth and
vibrant job centers . Land Sales . Fiscal Impact Analysis . Land Residual
Analysis for various Business Sector property designations . Developing a
Master Preferred Development Partners Program . Creating partnerships with
various 3rd Party Service Providers to be a part of the "going forward"
development team i.e. architects, planners, landscape designers,
developers, civil engineers etc.. Expansion of the industry Business
Clusters . Re-marketing the Valencia Gateway brand . Originating a multi-
faceted and diversified program for the disposition of land i.e.
Development (Speculative, Fee for Services, Joint Venture and Build-to

Specific Accomplishments:
. Developed a Remnant Properties Land Sale Program, along with CB Richard
Ellis, for the sale of the remaining Business Sector properties within
Valencia Gateway
. Increased Revenue generated from Remnant Properties Sales, above the
board pricing schedule, in excess of 70%. Identified additional Revenue
from various sources -- between 88 and 156% above budget
. Originated and overseeing a CC&R Compliance Program that within 10 months
indentified 102 violations, corrected 51 violations. Responsible for 95%
of the identified and corrected violations.
. Elected to the Valencia Auto Center CC&R Compliance Board of Directors
. Working with various business sector associations and the City of Santa
Clarita to assure a uniform and consistent enforcement program for the
CC&R's within the community

Senior Managing Director, North Los Angeles and Ventura County Region:
Provided decisive leadership and direction for North Los Angeles and
Ventura County Regional offices, encompassing $53 million gross revenue,
$14.5 million annual operating budget and a 20%+ EBIDTA. Supervised and
motivated 86 team members including 63 commissioned professionals and 23
staff and embedded team support. Devised and deployed short/long-term
