• 97’ Served in various roles in the Management Training program with increasing

responsibilities as an Operations Manager in the Charlotte NC Water & Sewer

Branch with Annual Sales exceeding $20 million.

• In January of 99’Promoted to Branch Manager of Knoxville, TN branch, with

Annual Sales exceeding $6M. Turned Branch Profitability around in the first year

and managed sales and profitability increases in the second year, earning a

promotion to Branch Manager of Wilmington NC, W&S in March of 2001.

• As Branch Manager of Wilmington, Grew Branch Sales from $11 Million to $16

Million. Strong Product Knowledge including Water, Sewer, Sump, Sewage &

Submersible Pumps, HDPE Fusible Pipe & Products, HDPE & RCP Drainage

products, Engineered Pump Products, Irrigation, Meters, etc.

• In July of 2006 Promoted to District Sales Manager for Hughes Supply North &

South Carolina (13 Branches), to duplicate diversification in the Carolinas.

• Accepted the Regional Sales Manager position At HDS WW in March of 2007,

covering the Carolinas, Virginia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Assisted the Regional

Vice President as directed with Sales Training and Overview, Vendor Relations,

and Employee and Market development. ( 48 Branches)
