Qualifications:

I type 50-55 wpm, I am an intermediate user of Microsoft Office 2007, Wordperfect, XP and Vista user, I

am a beginner on Excel and a fast learner. Multi-line telephones, greeter, usher, appointment /scheduling .

I operate Outlook & Internet. I operate most office machines. I have 15 months experience as a directory

assistant/operator in a national call center. I also worked in customer service gaining over 5 years of

experience. I am relocating to Albany, GA the 2nd week of January I am currently enrolled in Everest

University seeking my degree in Medical billing and coding will finish out the term in Florida and

transfer to Georgia to complete. I have real estate background 9 + years. Real Estate is where I received

most of my office experience working for my father, a realtor/broker appraiser in which I typed

appraisals, I have MLS experience but have not used in a long time, researched tax information and ran

errands and gathered other information for appraisers. I type and know how to read legal descriptions and

most real estate language; I took orders over the phone also appraisal report preparation. I have customer

service and data entry in the real estate, telecommunications and Front Office.

I have also worked as a temporary gaining more experience in clerical field, data entry, receptionist,

clerk. I have also worked and went to school for Home Health aid/CNA but I prefer to work in the

administrative end of elder care I believe this is the area that I am best suited but am easily adaptable and

open to any employment opportunities that come my way even entry level human resources.
