creating letters; working with spreadsheets and reports. Assist in

Records Department such as: Quality Assurance, Risk Management and the
ER. Documentation preparation, indexing, completion and scanning of
patient medical records; some coding and documentation training using

accurately verify and complete delinquent patient medical records.
Perform quality assessment reviews on random patient medical records

Experienced in Microsoft Office Word 2003 and 2007, Microsoft Windows
XP, Vista, with some knowledge in Power Point, Excel, Access, Softmed,
SNOMED-CT, Hemasphere, MPI data processing; various registry software
applications such as cancer and vital records information in
accordance with state and federal regulations; typing 55+ wpm,
communication/phone etiquette, filing, scanning and other secretarial
