Division Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist
Currently serve as Division HSE Specialist for facilities in multiple
locations, including one international location. Conduct multiple facility
auditing to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards
and policies. Consult with on site personnel and with off site personnel
via WebEx on best practices, workers compensation cases and facilitate
formal root cause analysis process for each OSHA recordable injury that
occurs. Conduct 100% of all environmental reporting to include Tier II,
Form R, Stormwater and air permitting. Serve as plant Emergency Medical
Technician and consult with multiple facilities when injuries occur. Serve
as company trainer for First Aid, CPR & AED training as well as serve as
project manager for company wide AED program. Helped main facility lower
OSHA recordable injuries by 91% during first year with company.
. Policy & Procedure Implementations - Among other things, wrote &
implemented company wide Emergency Response Plan used at eleven
facilities. Wrote & implemented new procedures for contractor safety,

implemented self auditing process for spray coating area of facility
which housed 22 individual spray booths as well as creating the safety
incentive program that rewarded employees for living the "zero injury"
culture.

in sexual harassment and changes to annual benefits during open enrollment

airport security & services operations in both Tampa, Florida and Tucson,

checkpoint personnel prior to and immediately following 9/11. In 2002,
promoted to the Operations Manager position at the Tucson, Arizona
location. At this location, managed all aspects of the security & services
for the Tucson International Airport including hiring, terminating,
scheduling, training, complying with new FAA & newly created TSA checkpoint
standards, dealt with traveling public, local and federal law enforcement
and external airline clients such as American Airlines, Delta and United,
