Industry Week's "500 Largest Manufacturing Companies" for 2010,

Division Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist

Currently serve as Division HSE Specialist for facilities in multiple

locations, including one international location. Conduct multiple facility

auditing to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards

and policies. Consult with on site personnel and with off site personnel

via WebEx on best practices, workers compensation cases and facilitate

formal root cause analysis process for each OSHA recordable injury that

occurs. Conduct 100% of all environmental reporting to include Tier II,

Form R, Stormwater and air permitting. Serve as plant Emergency Medical

Technician and consult with multiple facilities when injuries occur. Serve

as company trainer for First Aid, CPR & AED training as well as serve as

project manager for company wide AED program. Helped main facility lower

OSHA recordable injuries by 91% during first year with company.

. Policy & Procedure Implementations - Among other things, wrote &

implemented company wide Emergency Response Plan used at eleven

facilities. Wrote & implemented new procedures for contractor safety,

bloodborne pathogens, hot work, hazard communications & management of

change, among other topics. Created & implemented a new maintenance &

safety work order form and a procedure to manage new work orders.

all things health & safety related as well as serving as plant Emergency

facility lower recordable injuries by 72% the first year and 50% the second

year.

. Policy & Procedure Implementations - Among other things, wrote &

implemented self auditing process for spray coating area of facility

which housed 22 individual spray booths as well as creating the safety

incentive program that rewarded employees for living the "zero injury"

culture.

facilities on an as needed basis.

airport security & services operations in both Tampa, Florida and Tucson,

promoted to the Operations Manager position at the Tucson, Arizona

location. At this location, managed all aspects of the security & services
