the management of the daily construction activities and ensuring their

adherence to company project management guidelines and standards.

. Review, manage and report on project budget and control budget

overages through contractor negotiations.

. Review and approve monthly pay applications

. Participate in daily job-site inspections, maintaining records of work

in progress and project issues. Anticipate and address potential

issues with work to be performed.

. Schedule, coordinate and chair all project progress meetings.

. Schedule, coordinate and conduct all project walkthroughs from
