January 2010 - Present I am currently taking SQL Server 2008 classes
through Bellevue College.
In TSQL have increased my knowledge in queries including full, self,
subqueries, derived tables, and correlated queries. I worked on
merge, CTE, ranking functions, views and sprocs. In SSRS I have
created reports with drillthroughs, dashboards, and charts. In SSAS I
have created cubes from a data mart and learned to pull a slice of a
cube into a spreadsheet. In SSIS I have created packages to pull data
from one source put it into a data mart.

For reports I would gather business requirements, create queries, and
join tables to create reports from simple labels, data validation
checks, financial or statistical data for administrative staff to vice
presidents. I used Access, Excel, Word, Crystal Reports, SQL Server,
and Unisys software. One of my development projects was to automate
the process of paying instructor salaries from a combination of manual
and spreadsheet process. When technical issues arose from access
rights, training, or printing issues, I resolved them.
