Responsibilities included the management of the engineering,
environmental, health and safety for the solid waste landfills,
hazardous waste landfill, hauling companies and transfer stations in
the Alabama, Mississippi and West Tennessee Region. This included
managing engineers and EHS professionals located throughout the three-
state region.
Environmental Engineer
Responsibilities included the management of environmental affairs and
engineering/construction projects for two MSW landfills.
Environmental affairs included compliance and permitting under RCRA,
CERCLA, CAA, CWA, TSCA, NPDES and other applicable state and federal
regulations. Engineering/construction projects included a stream
relocation project ($2 million) and two landfill construction projects
($5 million). Responsibilities also included conducting due diligence
on potential acquisitions.

Responsibilities included managing all aspects of environmental
compliance to include RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, TSCA, DOT, and NPDES.
This facility is a commercial hazardous waste treatment, storage and
disposal facility, which includes PCB waste processing, fuel blending,
repack for incineration, treatment (stabilization, macroencapsulation,
bulking, and decanting), storage and disposal.
