providing client support for technical issues, fulfillment and content

acquisitions. Increased revenue within the existing customer base by

increasing satisfaction and gaining a greater understanding of the

customer's needs.

Product Manager/Project Manager for SAAS company specializing in online

registration and event management.

As the Product Manager for the Rainier platform supporting all clients in

a variety of market segments, I was responsible for product planning and

development cycle, with a target of 6 releases per year. This entailed

prioritization of new features and enhancement requests for existing

functionality. To more effectively plan the release, and to bring an

increased focus to improving usability, I worked with internal sales and

support staff, as well as directly with our clients to more fully

understand their needs and the needs of their users.

As Project Manager/analyst, I defined the business requirements,

interactions and use cases for use by the development staff. I tracked

progress against the requirements and kept the team on track with the

schedule. I worked with our QA/Test staff to resolve any outstanding

bugs on the existing code base as well as the new code relative to each

release.

I implemented regular status meetings and feature reviews, as well as

participated in team meetings with the sales/marketing and client

services teams. This resulted in improved communication and

relationships with these groups and the development team. This provided

greater visibility companywide on the development effort as well as

giving those cross functional partners a greater voice into our

activities.

Project Manager/Business Analyst

While working at Ramp Group I had the opportunity to manage a variety of

projects for clients in many different market segments. With large

clients such as Microsoft and Concur, down to small start up entities

helping them define and develop their v1 products.

My ability to manage a project with large scope, coordinate and manage

cross group teams and to bring a strong UI/UX vision helped deliver a

world class application under very aggressive timelines for a demanding

team at Microsoft.

Project Manager with the Product Management group of an internal product:

I began this engagement on a 6 week contract to launch and manage the

beta release of a large internal portal for Microsoft Consulting

Services. My ability to effectively manage a geographically diverse

team, while quickly grasping the fundamentals of the product and to

identify user needs and gaps in the product plan resulted in the contract

being extended and remaining with the team for over 2 years.

Throughout the engagement my responsibilities on the team grew to

represent the product team, prepare and present metrics to upper

management teams and to coordinate national events.

. Developed a manual reporting process to provide field management

activity and performance against objectives while automated

reporting system was under development, to include creating monthly

Business Analyst and System/Software Support

I came into the role of Business analyst while the company was in the

process of working with a third party software vendor for new front-end

credit application processing software. I was responsible for

implementation of this system and training all employees. As an early

adopter/beta user, I identified considerable gaps in the planned

functionality of the software that would negatively impact our users. I

worked directly with the vendor development staff to provide business

requirements for the enhancements to the system to gain workflow

efficiencies.

I developed all system documentation materials and reference guide,

customized to each of our work groups. I defined and implemented the

curriculum for extensive training for all users based on the specific

work group and job responsibilities. Additionally, I defined, designed

and created all business reports, gathering information and requirements

from multiple sources.

. Identify areas of concern within the division relative to workflow,

follow-up processes, and auditing, develop and implement solutions.

. Gather, analyze and document business requirements and functional

specifications for new business systems and enhancements to

existing systems currently.
