During my career, I have held technical, sales and managerial positions with several different
organizations including:
Pines Technology
Account Manager, 2003 – Present
• Analyze customer needs for tube and pipe bending and provide proposals for
correct bending equipment and tooling to produce parts.
• Develop and manage new customer accounts. Territory includes United States
and Canada.
• Accounted for over $1 million of new machine and tooling sales over past 7
years.
EPIC Technologies
Account Manager, Program Engineer, 1997-2003
With this $50 million manufacturer of electronic circuit assemblies, I held both technical
sales and engineering responsibilities.
• Developed relationship and brought in the largest automotive customer for
EPIC, I successfully launched the 4 programs that resulted from the sale,
resulting in revenues of $5 million annually.
• Sold the 2nd largest industrial customer and, designed and implemented the
assembly cell for 2 electrical meter programs for that customer.
• Effectively managed a staff of 10 professional and hourly employees.
• Analyzed and improved the tooling for a meter program resulting in reduced
assembly time, improved quality and a significant scrap savings.
• Trouble shot automotive programs, determined root cause and implemented
remedial action resulting in savings in the hundreds of thousand for EPIC and
EPIC’s customers.

With responsibility for the sales of circuit boards and circuit board assemblies in Ohio
