4. Provided advanced troubleshooting of complex radar set as required to
return radar
to a fully mission capable status as quickly and at the most cost effective
means

5. Assisted in parts Verification at Main logistical supply point in El
Paso

6. Provided any and all necessary support to Sentinel 94M in theatre to
maintain
Operational readiness of Four An/MPQ 64 radar sets
7. Developed Training program for PMCS procedures for 14J Radar operators to
improve
readiness of radars.
8. Assisted in training of 94Ms in theatre to improve troubleshooting skills
while
working on AN/MPQ64 radars
9.Established and maintained a Forward Repair Warehouse of Parts to expedite
repair
of radars. Responsible to maintain logistical contact with Main supply point
located
in EL Paso TX.
10. Performed AOR Reset-in-Place April 2007, and again in August 2008.
Coordinated
flights, life support and logistical preparation for four AN/MPQ 64 Radar
sets.
11 Replaced four Bull gears and performed necessary calibrations in
theatre to
bring
system back to FMC Status. Repair is a depot level repair which would have
required
entire ATG being shipped back to El paso

included Evaluation and inventory of RESET and RECAP systems. Mechanical tear
down,
serialization of all components taken from each system, thorough preparation
for
rack mechanical inspection, performance of continuity checks on each
system's wiring
harnesses both by use of hand held DMM, tech manuals, and DITMCO machines.
Correction
of deficiencies noted in Evaluation and inventory, utilization of training
manuals
to locate proper parts, hardware and locations of each item in regards to its
locations
in the systems. Repopulation and inspections of each compartment as they were
completed.
Assisted in Electrical troubleshooting of AN/TPQ-36 RESET and RECAP systems.
