Vocollect, Inc. is a privately held high-tech manufacturer of voice-

directed work software and devices with sales over $100 million.

Responsible for cash management, monitoring line of credit activity, debt

covenant compliance, income tax compliance, credit and collections and

business insurance. Also responsible for a departmental budget totaling

$1.8 million and direct supervision of internationally-based accounting

personnel.

. Assisted in developing the promotional package and due diligence

reviews that secured a $15 million private equity investment.

. Enhanced income tax filing process resulting in improved accuracy

(e.g., the correction of an error in inventory cost capitalization

saved the Company $300,000) and cash flows (e.g., significantly reduced

the amount of estimated tax overpayments).

. Took the lead in establishing several international subsidiaries to

those at the Company's foreign subsidiaries.
