Serve as member of senior executive leadership team along with CEO, COO,

CTO, CFO, and VP Product Management. Oversee Managed Services (Retail

Project Implementations, Retail Application Hosting, and Technical

Support). Maintain P&L oversight for Managed Services operations and

Software Development operations of core products in Merchandise Management,

Store Operations, and Customer Management. Provide Software Development

leadership for Core Product Development, Development Operations, QA,

Documentation, and Release.

Participate in all new business development activities and ensure Client

Services elevates long-term customer satisfaction by sustaining top-level

Reversed failing Application Hosting and Technical Support entity:

Grew margins from 8.5% to 32% in first year by reducing total labor spend

by more than 20%.

Successfully continued growth with 3rd-year margins expanding to just under

42%.

Influential in boosting topline revenue from $18M to $28M by participating

in all aspects of sales process.

Drove EBITDA from ($2.2M) loss in 2005 to $4.1M in 2010 while capturing 16

Served important role in acquiring and rolling out of key accounts,

Engaged extensively in technical pre-sales and in development of proofs-of-
