Medicine experience, my In-Country Iraq experience and my prior

Medical director for all in-country operations for a security firm
operating in Baghdad and central Iraq. Responsible for emergent
trauma care, sick call for all personnel. (2006) Established medical
clinics involved with EOD/Unexploded Ordnance Disposal and Protective
Security Details. Provided medical oversight for all medical
operations at several remote FOB/Ammo Supply Points during EOD
operations. Department of Defense/US Army Corps of Engineers
contract. 2008 contract involved advanced clinic operations for
military and security forces stationed at FOB Shield/Baghdad (Iraqi
Ministry of the Interior complex). Assisted with care and provided
medical oversight for both the military clinic and EMERG clinic on

emergency medical call 24/7 for a mixed force of 1600 Third Country
National guards and K-9 teams. Oversaw all medical operations
provided by the company while in-country. Department of State

CTSOF Physician-US Investigative Services
June 2005 to October 2005
Counter-Terrorism/Special Operations Forces (CTSOF) Medical Officer.
Working with a Special Forces 18-D Medical Sergeants, we provided 24/7
medical support to Elite Iraqi Police and cadre at BIAP (Camp Dublin)
Baghdad, Iraq. We treated and supported Iraqi Police Emergency
Response Unit (ERU), Crisis Response Team (CRT) and provincial SWAT
teams and their international paramilitary training cadre. Involved
in Tactical Medicine training of Iraqi Police, Explosive Ordnance
Disposal Program, and Diplomatic Protective Security Details.
Responsibilities included preventative medicine, infectious diseases,
management of acute traumatic injuries, tactical emergency medical
support for Police and Training missions, inspection of mess
facilities and water supply and general sick-call. Oversaw all
company in-country medical operations. . Department of Defense
