. Defined new role for Project Management in the Chemical departments.

Project manager for all chemical departments: Cementing, Fracturing,

Acidizing, Sand Control, and Conformance for 5 years. Current project

manager for Cementing Equipment and Chemicals. Average number of

projects to manage ranges from 30-100.

. Project lead for joint project between Halliburton and BP America to

solve sanding problems in both injector and producers. This is one of

BP's top 3 projects for this year.

. 90% reduction in the number of Project Change Requests for PE

Chemicals.

Work History

. Chemical Technician 1978 - 2002. Lab bench testing, Scanning Electron

microscopy, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Petrographic Thin section, X-

ray diffraction, other analytical methods

. Scheduler - 2002 - 2005. Responsible for creation of projects and

activities for the Technology Center, reporting of time and costs.

Year end data management and monthly SAP upload.

. Project Manager - 2005 - Present. Current role responsibilities:

*(Monitors and reports actual cost/resource control performance

against planned budgets

*(Assist the project management team in developing, monitoring,

and updating the budgets, schedules and forecasts for the assigned

contracts or projects

*(Development of scope/deliverables and activities Managers for

each task assignment; develops logic, durations and constraints

for each task assignment

*(Monitors and reports critical path and schedule performance.

Updates actual progress and forecast remaining work schedule

*(Maintains and updates scope within work breakdown structure.

Reports on unbudgeted activities

*(Assist in the development of options for corrective action, to

include performing an analysis upon various alternatives and

presenting recommendations to contract and project management

*(Prepare written, tabular, and graphic reports that communicate

contract / project cost and progress status periodically and as

required. Work in concert with project managers, accounting

personnel and estimators to ensure cost and schedule integration

departments.

conversion 3) brought division online into our current system Familiar

with the Project Control's Month-end processes

. Maintained all of the Chemical Development, Operational, and Technical

Service projects for Production Optimization, Cementing, and Baroid.

. Coach for 15 Technicians for 3 years, managing their training, PPR,

and other career objectives.

Programming and Software Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite, (Primavera P6, MS Access and SAP
