Software Modifications/Enhancements
Worked on many projects dealing with software changes/enhancements in
Transaction Application Language. Including modifications to Tandem based
utilities, and various software applications specific to Efund's switching
software. Worked on some enhancements to a local application in DELPHI.
Have worked on projects to modify screen data on automated teller machines
in a type of assembly language. Have worked on an in-house application
used to populate our local database, primarily creating SQL scripts that
were run through ORACLE.
Productive Issues Resolution
Resolving production issues related to the Advantage software and our local
database. Have recreated issues and debugged code using the INSPECT tool.
Have gone into the productive database to set up and test issues on the
development switches. Have worked with customers to ensure issues are
resolved in a timely manner.
Database Work (Local Flat File Database)
Modified and created database records to fix or enhance screen data on
ATMs. Also, have modified database records for receipt printing and
alignment, and denial processing of transactions to display correct screen
information on ATMs.
Testing
Tested new devices and software thoroughly to find issues with ATM vendors'
software and hardware. Have worked on 15 - 20 certifications working
closely with vendors to resolve issues with their software. Have worked
with all makes and model of ATMs. Have done network certifications to make
sure there is proper communication between the ATM and our development
environment.
