orders and configured system orders for shipment to Honeywell

locations and other external customers, including International

customers. Order processing included both domestic and International

shipment orders. Utilized Oracle, MS applications and external

logistics web sites to plan, route and track shipments. Interfaced

with the Honeywell Export Compliance department to ensure all

international shipments complied with US/International export

regulations.

Generated all shipping documents, including packing lists,

NOTE: Significant Achievements achieved during the contracted

services provided as Logistics Shipping/Traffic Planner for this

Honeywell facility.

ISO 9000 Documentation and Implementation (March 2005 through May

2005)

Reviewed, revised, updated and formally documented ALL of the Traffic

and Shipping Department Policy and Procedures for providing

Conformance Standards for these departments to achieve 2005 ISO 9000

Certification. These Management formally approved and established ISO

9000 Policy and Procedures for the Traffic and Shipping areas provided

the successful implementation ISO 9000 criteria for these departments

within Honeywell ACS-UHF Phoenix to achieve the required ISO 9000

certification to meet the critical May 2005 Honeywell Management

milestones for ISO 9000 . This was a MAJOR requirement and successful

achievement for this Honeywell facility.

Additionally, the revised and documented procedures provided a much

needed tool for the training of new employees in the Traffic and

Shipping departments, with emphasis on Quality and Productivity

improvement goals of the department.

Traffic/Shipping Customs and Export SED filing criteria (October 2008

through Jan 2009 )

US Department of Export Regulations required the implementation of US

Export filings of Customs that were greater than $2500 being processed

through the FEDX, UPS, and DHL shipping systems, be processed as

formalized computerized SED filings through these systems. This was a

mandated policy that required be TOTALLY implemented by end of January

2009.)

I was assigned this lead task by Traffic/Shipping management in mid-

October 2008 to coordinate and have implemented by the January 2009

deadline. With coordinated teamwork with Honeywell's Export

Compliance department and the representatives of FEDX, UPS, and DHL,

the Honeywell Traffic/Shipping department successfully achieved the

goal by end of December 2008. This help Honeywell reduce the

paperwork process in a significant manner and contributed to

increasing productivity goals of the Traffic Planners in the

department.
