• As Deployment Manager for a focus project CMMI Initiative, transitioned the project’s CMM Level 3-

compliant process assets into a set that was found to be CMMI Level 5 in a Standard CMMI Appraisal Method

for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class A assessment

product baseline throughout the project's life cycle; oversaw software load builds for CM-controlled items; and

• Conducted internal CM audits to provide status and change information regarding product baselines to project

staff and the customer. Coordinated and conducted the CCB meetings to define the content of and evaluate

changes to product baselines. Prepared monthly CM status reports for the project’s status review meetings,

inclusion in status reports to senior management, and inclusion in status reports to the customer.

• Implemented and customized the projects automated tracking tool. Defined data requirements, developed

workflows, and created related databases to manage the project’s process and configuration status information to

track lessons learned, action items, estimates, change requests, product development, test development,

requirements, reviews and resultant defects, deliverable items, and causal analysis and resolution.

• Administered the project’s version management tool, automated project/process tracking tool and database

Systems Analyst/Assistant Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)

• As Systems Analyst for EWA, provided Test Management, CM, and Assistant CSSO support for the All Source

Analysis System (ASAS) programs that included the Single Source Processor (SSP) - Signals Intelligence

(SIGINT) (SSP-S) Product Improvement (PI), Analyst Workstation Software (AWS) development, the

Communications Control Set (CCS) Upgrade and other development projects.

• Managed regression testing for the development builds, analyzing software for test readiness, developing the

Software Test Description and Test Procedures, and stress and formal system testing for Government witnesses

• Supported the CCS equipment fielding and the Security Accreditation Testing at Fort Hood, and acted as
