Florida Dept. of Revenue(FDOR) developed an innovative ERP approach, based

upon SAP which replaced the legacy Title IV-D system that was supporting

Florida's Child Support Enforcement Program and successfully interfaced

with multiple outside entities which were interfacing with the legacy

mainframe application.
