. Design, stress analysis, simulation (Pro/Mechanica Structure & Motion)

& optimization (using velocity ratios) of fourbar linkage (bell crank)

to open & close electro-hydraulic actuated 1000lb ramp for military

amphibious vehicle.

. Design & simulation of various EHA driven linkages to open armored

vehicle doors on military HUMVEE & latch attachments for skid loader.

. Design & detailing test stand for EHA actuated armored doors.

Thermo King Bloomington, Contract

11/98 - 8/02; 8/07 - 10/08

. Design components for truck mounted CO2 hybrid & diesel driven

refrigeration units. GD&T, tube routing, Pro/Sheetmetal & flat

patterns; creating & updating BOM's, ECO's in Windchill.

. Redesigned 15 KW 125 gallon clipon container genset for robotic

welding, decreasing welding time by ~1/3.

. Clamping layout of screw compressor on machining tombstone fixture.

BAE Systems Fridley, Contract

8/05 - 6/07

. Manage & model standard parts and drawings (servo motors, EM brakes,

linear actuators, resolvers etc.) for different groups working on

155mm 100 mile nautical range GPS guided naval missile launcher per

MIL-SPEC and company standards.

. Design and resolve component bracket & cabling F3 issues between

design groups and vendors.

10/04; 4/05 - 7/05

. Component design for ATV's consisting of silent chain drive transfer

case, hydraulic shock adjuster, exhaust system, clutch & misc. frame,

& suspension hardware.

. Document & ECO creation using ProE Windchill & Intralink.

. Design plastic injection molded shrouding using ProE surfaces for

Ellipse exercise machine right before the company filed for bankruptcy

in Nov.

. Mechanical design & modeling (using ProE & Unigraphics) of computer

tape backup drives, tension testers, formatters & misc. production &

testing platforms.

. Prototyping & optimizing tape cartridge ejection mechanism, "voice

coil" magnetic flux shielding, & stepper motor gear combinations for

new designs.

. Awarded first patent issued to Imation for "TRAVAN", which became a

major product line.

Conversion, Electro mechanics, Power Systems, Fuel Cells, Microprocessors &

Electronics. Various courses at HTC on machine shop, PLC's, hydraulics etc.

Projects & Special Interests

Alternative energy - use of exchange forces via novel quantum field

regauging techniques in plasma fuel reformers, water splitters, spin

flipping with magnetic gates (spintronics), bloch wall shifting and cold

current (Dirac's negative energy electron or negative spacetime curvature,

motors run cold).

Attended numerous energy symposiums: Institute for New Energy,

Extraordinary Technology, Inventor's Weekend, New Energy Movement, Exotic

Research, Int'l Tesla Society. Had home-built electric car (400amp pulse

width modulator powering aircraft starter/generator).
