Hotel was closing at night missing revenue. Changed to a 24 /7 hotel

brought revenue and occupancy up.

rehab of the property. Taking bids on major capitol improvements.

monitoring.

55 units Hotel. Hotel was in foreclosure with the bank... Did complete

audit of hotel records. P&L monitoring .Made capitol improvements on

property including new landscaping, painting and repair of rooms as

needed. Installed new front desk system and set up. Installed new Guest

laundry. Marketing to bring up revenue so bank could sell property for a

profit. Supervision of 6 employees. Property Sold!
