I would like to be considered for the position that is currently posted for an Benefits

Administrator. I think I would be a perfect fit for this position. I am a very outgoing and

enthusiastic person who wakes up with a smile on my face and a can do attitude.

I possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills and I am a highly

effective communicator especially dealing with sensitive, confidential information. I have

the motivation and desire to encourage and develop others. I work effectively with people

from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I enjoy working in a team environment as well as

find it challenging.

During my career, I have a proven track record of having exceeded the expectations

given to me and most recently in my career at Essilor of America, Inc. have truly shown

my flexibility and the ability to adapt to change with the closing of three of our major

facilities here in the Tampa Bay area.

I consider my forte to be employee benefits and the first position that I held at Essilor

was in the in-house Benefits department. Although the last 10 years have been primarily

in support of the HR function my true heart lies with the Benefit function. I truly feel a

sense of satisfaction when I know that I have helped an employee with a problem they

may have been experiencing. I pride myself on my customer service skills and the fact

that I can related to all employees from the VP down to the line worker.

I have exhibited dedication and hard work throughout the years doing whatever was

required in order to make my job successful. I have developed a good working

relationship with my peers and support team concept.

I welcome the opportunity to discuss my qualifications in greater depth. My resume is

attached with further details of my experience and accomplishments. My salary

requirements are $45,000 per year.

Thank you for your consideration
