I recently retired from both the Army and Veterans Administration Hospital

have over 16 year's experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and 29 years

Family Nurse Practitioner at Tomah and Madison VA Medical Center. Worked in

Outpatient Primary Care Clinics, Cardiology Heart Failure, Inpatient

Medicine, Community Living Center and Hospice Areas providing full service

internal medicine/primary care services to Veterans. Assumed leadership

positions with-in the VA when desired.

. Maintained standard of practice for complicated internal medicine

patients with physician supervision. All performance evaluations were

high satisfactory or outstanding.

. While working in-patient medicine stabilized multiple patients with

acute respiratory distress that needed to be intubated, acute GI

bleeds, acute MI and acutely septic patients that became

hemodynamically unstable and needed to be transported to the ICU.
