Role: My job consisted of developing an internal advertising department to
keep all of the design and marketing in-house. My first goal from the
beginning was to implement consistency in the use of the brand and the
corporate identity of the group. All the visual assets, including
photography and video were created in-house. My role also included the
management of a budget in excess of three million dollars annually just in
printed resources. I also wrote and directed the annual TV campaigns,
managing a budget of over 15 million dollars.

Role: Directed the strategy and creative department for the eighth largest
advertising agency in Florida. My department had a total of eight
employees including designers, marketing specialists and copywriters. Our
clients included: Stonewood Restaurants, Subway Restaurants and Raytheon
Defense. I worked on both the development of advertising campaigns for
particular products/brands as well as the creation of new brands.
