installing commercial and industrial flooring and lining systems. Managed 8
to 25 man crew. Scheduled installations with salesman. Trained crew on new
products. Did payroll. Certified payroll sheets. Ordered equipment and
supplies to execute installations. Drug tested crew. Ran tool box safety
meetings. Hired and fired crew members. Scheduled with other trades to get
