Adam is seasoned Design and Program Management professional with seventeen years of experience in the US, Canada

and the UAE. As a leader of the integrated project delivery team, he is responsible for review of planning and design,

Project Manager

• Manage design consultants, facility programming and project management activities, responsible

for the delivery of university related portfolio on time and within budget by managing the

approvals, and design related activity.

• Leader of the integrated project delivery team - Manages day-to-day coordination of various

activities needed to advance complicated mixed use development that includes research labs,

healthcare, academic, recreation and other support type of buildings. Overseeing and/or

collaborating with disciplines involved with the project including architects, designers, engineers,

contractors, market consultants, lawyers and other specialty consultants; maintaining consistent,

regular communications with senior management and project stakeholders.

• Review of planning and design, contract negotiations, external consultant management and on-site

progress.

designed in the style of a classic double-curve body shell of a Ferrari GT. The park will host over 20 state-of-the-

art attractions, each designed to bring to life a different part of the Ferrari story in Oct 2010.

o Responsible for Design & Delivery Management of the core & shell of this 861,000 sq ft. indoor theme

park building on Yas Island.

o Leading a team of in-house and external consultants while maintaining oversight over design quality,

budget, and schedule to facilitate fully coordinated project execution.

o This undertaking required daily interface with several teams from around the world, including but not
