presses, tabbers, seamers, double seamers, palletizers, depalletizers, slitting shears and forklifts. Presented and expedited
solutions to any and all problems depending upon the department and task assigned assisting management and other
employees. Lead person in two different departments.
• Developed and implemented waste control solutions in employee participation team, saving approximately
$163,000 in the first year of implementation.
• Implemented pallet recovery operation, which saved approximately $21,500 in the first six months.
