Manager- Manufacturing Operations

Manufacturing Manager responsible for production activities for a $200M/yr+ medical device electronics

manufacturer. Manage exempt Managers, Supervisors and over 180 electronics/assembly technicians.

• Manage all production operations for two medical device manufacturing facilities with focus on delivery,

service, quality and cost of produced items.

• Key decision maker on the operations team consolidating plants into a single “campus” operation to

improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Primary interface with Manufacturing Engineering to improve operational effectiveness for cycle time

reductions and quality improvement. Includes but not limited to: improving logistics pipeline to reduce

parts shortages and streamline material availability; analysis of work instructions to reduce redundancies
