Quality Engineering experience with a diverse automotive customer base with

emphasis on customer relations and visits to customer plants. I have over

fifteen years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in automotive

stampings, aluminum extrusions, urethane molding, steering wheel and airbag

assemblies. I have successfully launched over ten new programs within the

past eight years. I have also been successful in establishing excellent

customer relationships. My background includes responsibility for customer

relations, customer complaint resolution, and new product approval, APQP.

I have also been able to reduce customer PPM through my customer

relationships, as well as through process improvements.
