. CLIENT WAS VERY BEHIND ON BUILD SO THE IMMEDIATE FOCUS WAS ON REPORTS AND

FLOWSHEETS. BUILT 15-20 FLOW SHEETS AND 11 ACCORDION REPORTS IN 2 WEEKS.

HAD TO FIRST DO AN ANALYSIS OF THEIR BUILD TO SEE WHAT EXISTED IN THE

SYSTEM BEFORE BUILD COULD BEGIN.

. Built BPA's for immunizations/vaccines. Including building the preference

lists that were attached to the criteria records to cause the SPECIFIC

and age appropriate order to fire.

. Worked with one full time analyst in teaching how to build reports. This

involved instructing how to mimic model build and how to enhance/optimize

their own build. I did make a power point presentation with learning

materials for her to utilize.

. Heading Go-Live Readiness Plan for the upcoming Big Bang implementation.

This involves attending meetings and making sure build deadlines are

being met. Assisting others to make sure they understand the tasks and

objectives. Being the lesion between the nurse clinicians and EPIC

builders to ensure everything that needs to be placed into EPIC is done

so appropriately.

. RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING THREE USER ACCEPTANCE TRAINING EVENTS FOR 2

HOSPITALS. THIS INCLUDED IMPROVING FROM 6 WORKFLOW FOLDERS TO OVER 26

THAT WERE VERY SPECIFIC TO THE USER AND THE WORKFLOWS THEY WOULD BE

PERFORMING.

. Participated in seven different Go Lives. Some hospitals within the

system went "Big Bang" while others used a "Phased Approach".

. Participated in several Post Go Live Assessments.

. Created schedules for rounding at specific hospitals to provide extra

assistance to end-users. Would frequently shadow staff to check for

appropriate documentation and assist managers to ensure JACHO standards

were being exceeded.

. Took call frequently to provide immediate assistance to end-users when

needed. When on call I provided immediate assistance to seven hospitals

and supported all Epic modules/applications

. Exceptional prioritization skills and managed a queue that generally had

about 30-60 new tickets per day. This involved investigating,

troubleshooting, and then phoning end-user. Would frequently remote into

the end-users computer and assist and educate when needed
