- Mar 07)
Worked on San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson and Seattle market
benchmark projects.
Processed drive test data (call and scan) for TEMS, DTI and Agilent.
Running level0 in OPTPCS and analyzing drop calls based on coverage,
interference, missing neighbors, boomers and parameter/network issues.
Neighbor Analysis (using s-info, 3db ICDM from drive data & HO stats) and
estimating Neighbor addition/deletion. Boomer Cell Analysis (using s-info,
10db ICDM from drive data).
Prepared power point presentations for the market level benchmark projects.
SF Optimization Project (T- Mobile, Concord) (Jun 07
- Dec 07)
Call drops: Analyzed and provided technical recommendations to minimize
call drops. Adding Neighbors, changing LoHyst, HyHyst Parameters for fast
trigger handovers, changing BCCH frequency.
Coverage holes: Optimized the West Bay area network. Identified and
analyzed the coverage holes using OPTPCS. Changed the antenna for physical
optimization at sector level; altered electrical and mechanical
downtilt/Azimuth of the sectors. Simulated proposed changes using iCE.
Cluster Acceptance Project: (T- Mobile New York) (Feb 08
- Jun 08)
Worked on the Cluster acceptance project for New York market (UMTS network)
in Pre-launch scenario. Exporting of UMTS TEMS log files and processing in
OPTPCS (like Actix). Creating Key Performance index reports, Pilot
pollution and Missing neighbor reports. Analyzed drop calls based on bad
RSCP and EcI0 values, Pilot polluters and missing neighbors.
Auto site Scheduler Project:
(Nov 06 - Sept 08)
Worked on the development (R &D) and support of Auto site Scheduler. This
is an OPTPCS feature for automatic site info creation. This tool creates
site info's for T-Mobile nationwide. Analyzed the data from Asset/ Insite
Database and Switch (for Nortel, Nokia and Ericsson vendors) on a daily
basis. Worked with T-Mobile market and FSC engineers for proper site info
creation.
OPTPCS Technical Support: (Nov
06 - Sep 08)
Provided OptPCS (MapInfo based RF optimization tool) technical support to
clients in major cellular carriers in US.
Supported market RF engineers in optimization using OptPCS in terms of
using 2G & 3G drive data, BSS reports, frequency planning etc.
Conducted one on one and multiple trainee sessions online and in person.
Worked with in-house software development team for bug fixing and
enhancements in OptPCS.
Assisted the software development team in developing the new OptPCS
features.
T-Mobile Nashville: (Sep 08
- Dec 08)
Supported FOA upgrade for internal proprietary product (E911 LBS).
Monitored the network with respect to KPI (Key Performance
Indicator).Analyzed the system performance for issues that could cause the
UTDOA (Uplink Time Difference of Arrival) LSR (Location Success Rate) to
decline and provided analysis for questions raised by T-Mobile LCS team.
AT&T Cincinatti: (Dec 08 -
Mar 09)
Worked on True Position's license based feature - Combined Multiple
Locations (CML) this improves location accuracy. Performed accuracy drive
testing on fixed and moving routes for Urban, Sub-Urban and Rural areas.
Used MapInfo and Street Atlas for creating drive test routes. Monitored the
network with respect to KPI (Key Performance Indicator).Worked to
understand and troubleshoot end to end call flow for a system with CML
feature turned "on".
AT&T Charlotte: (Mar 09 - July
09)
Preformed Regression test cases that involved health reports and failovers
of the Network Element's and tested load balancing of clusters. These tests
were done on EOL (End Of Life) hardware, ensuring the system up time.
Coordinated with drive testers to validate the accuracy of locations on the
EOL hardware.
AT&T Reston: (July 09 -
July 10)
Preformed Regression test cases that involved health reports and failovers
of the Network Element's and tested load balancing of clusters. Validated
the accuracy of E911 calls placed. Was an integeral part in upgrading
Trueposition servers.
T-Mobile Austin: (July 10 -
September 10)
Upgraded Trueposition UNIX based servers to the latest release. Executed
test plans for Distributed Antenna System (DAS). Validated the DAS
functionality and other newly added features.
