I am a creative and effective problem solver and team builder who is

also focused on client service. I have managed and/or designed

transportation, infrastructure, commercial, residential, retail,

recreational and institutional projects for over 20 years. I have been

involved with a variety of projects, overseeing client coordination,

design, marketing, and business development. I strive to maintain a

"big picture" approach to understanding client goals. I take great

Engineering Experience

Development of drafting and design standards to assure uniformity of

work, perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of

product, as well as value engineering.

Design of grading and drainage plans for commercial, industrial,

educational and multi-family projects.

Design of utility plans including sanitary sewer, domestic water and

fire suppression systems for commercial, industrial, educational and multi-

family projects.

Design of all aspects of numerous single family residential

subdivisions.

For the past several years, I have been involved in the mentoring of

new engineers on all phases of project design and processing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Ace Hardware Distribution Facility - Rocklin, California

One million square foot building expansion on 80 acres

Negotiated proposals and contracts for: ALTA & topographic

surveys, project entitlements through Placer County.

Design of on-site grading, drainage and utilities.

Design of the re-construction of Industrial Boulevard

including coordination for traffic signal

design and installation.

Coordination with Design-Build contractor through project

completion.

The Ridge Golf Course - Auburn, California

Robert Trent Jones, Jr. - 200 acre golf course

Full design coordination with nationally recognized course

architect.

Design of full on-site and off-site improvements.

Design of Clubhouse/parking lot/ Maintenance Facility site

plans and construction documents.

UC Davis Medical Center Master Utility Study - Sacramento, California

Prepared inventory of all campus as-built drawings and prepared

master utility plan involving joint utility trench,

sewer, drainage, and water.

San Joaquin Delta College - Central Plant/Joint Utility Project -

Stockton, California

160-Acre Community College Campus

Designed two (2) Joint Utility reconstruction plans (a

tunnel option and a direct bury option).

Full coordination with DSA.

Provide construction administration duties for full

project completion.

Hewlett-Packard - Building R-21 - Roseville, California

300,000 Square foot office building with plant

Negotiated proposals and contracts for: topographic

surveys, project entitlements through City of Roseville.

Design of on-site grading, drainage and utilities.

Adventure Christian Church - Roseville, California

40-acre multiple phase church campus development

Managed the proposal preparation and construction

documents preparation for a 3000-seat auditorium, 1100

stall parking lot, sewer relocation and traffic

signal installation.
