2006 Instructional Designer, College of Education, Florida State University, Tallahassee,
Florida. This was part of an Electronic Performance Support
Systems (EPSS) course where instructional design students
in this course were supposed to design and develop an EPSS for
NCATE at the College of Education where NCATE administrators
chose the most appropriate solution and adapted it. This project
included: creating rubrics, forms, reports, success indicators, and
others. My project was selected as the best optimal solution and
has been adapted.
2005-2006 Graduate Research Assistant and Intern, Learning Systems
Institute, Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, USA. US
Navy grant. Multiple tasks included: preparing guidelines for the
Navy, conducting study for end-users of the Navy guidelines using
Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) and determining
key terms for EPSS searching, coming up with surveying strategies
and surveying and interviewing commanders from the Navy and
others. PI: Dr. Tristan Johnson.
2004-2005 Technical Writer and Instructional Media Designer, LibanCo
Source, El-Koura, Lebanon. Tasks included: creating training
courses, tutorials, presentations, and interactive manuals for
training on EnfoTrust, Atlanta, USA-priority software that is used
by many of Fortune 500 companies.
Private Teacher. Taught and assisted in teaching science and math subjects to a special
elementary student.
2004 Mathematics Teacher, Choueifat International School, El-Koura, Lebanon. Taught algebra
for middle school classes as a summer class.
2002-2003 Database Management, Azar Pharmacy, El-Koura, Lebanon.
Created and managed a database for tracking inventory and the
ingredients of every medicine sold in the pharmacy.
2001-2002 Programmer, Notre Dame University, El-Koura, Lebanon. Tasks
included: developing and maintaining two main projects: a
database for the Notre Dame University libraries to monitor

the inventory and the book checkout system along with book status
and order system. The second project was developing a
promotional CD for Notre Dame University that gives a virtual
tour of all the facilities, student clubs, dining facilities, and
educational programs within the university.
