. Negotiated a $1,000,000 Change Order from material supplier while

leading foundation reconstruction due to the supplier not meeting

. Coordinated with Customer and Subcontractors to reduce impact of

warranty work on substation output and increase overall project

performance

. Spearheaded an audit of concrete quality from the supplier providing a

basis to back-charge supplier when material did not meet engineer

specifications

. Participated as a CATS Observer (Changing Attitudes Towards Safety) to

successfully and safely complete a project that obtained a Zero

Accident and Injury safety goal
