Responsible for prioritizing the reporting requirements for EBS
Financials, HCM, EAM, GRC, BI Implementation. Gathering a list of the
data elements to be reported on, and mapping to EBS tables/data
elements. Worked independently to resolve issues and get answers from
their Subject Matter Experts. Created Roles and Responsibilities
spreadsheets, setting up user profiles, built responsibilities, menus

. Functional Payroll Analyst. Supported timely processing and trouble-
shooting for large city that included police and fire unions. Created
and documented test scripts, training, procedures and manuals for the
payroll processes and data entry including documentation for year-end
payroll processing. Worked with technical team to implement, test,
and document Oracle retro pay process, insuring proper pay
